I rarely, if ever, bench. For some reason, it really irritates my rotators on the left side.
BUT, I can do DB Chest Press. I use 45s and usually get 2 good sets of 10 and 1 set of 8. After a good warm up, of course. If I do it without a good warm up, my rotators inhibit me.
