My li'l bro had a similar heart scare and the way he dealt with it was to spend as much time running up hills as fast as he could for as long as he could! Dumb really but it was all good in the end. I hope you have a similar result (without the running!) when you say shock it back into rhythm you don't mean a pacemaker do you?

No not a device. They actually use the paddles that make you come back to life. Once they sedate you the cardiologist just basically shocks it and then you are all good. Dr said as healthy and in shape as i am is what prevented it from getting to a point where most wouldve had to have open heart surgery. So totally blessed by fitness. Lmao
