Hey brothers! Been taking it easy I did sneek in two workouts this week with a little cardio but nothing crazy. I miss posting my workouts daily. They have me on blood thinners right now so that in a week from Monday they can do this procedure. After that Dr said I have to rest for about 4 days or so and ease my way back in on my workout. He knows I am running test and var at low doses and sai that is fine. So I am running very minimal gear. Hopefully will be able to give it a week after procedure and start ramping up my workouts. Mainly miss my brothers here and really am just kind of ashamed I can't keep myself going ya know? I know that sounds wierd but I really can't explain it. I love you all very much and it fills my heart to see everyone caring! Thank you more than you know.
