Looking like 8 weeks gj. Id love to run it longer but that's normally about all I can take. Lol I have run 10 in the past so depending on gains I will decide closer to time. Min of 8 and max of 10 bro. It is insane the changes that come from tren bro. I love it!

Wu-Shoulder presses w machine 60 3x12 Supersetted w 3x15 front and side laterals w 15lb dbs

Shoulder press machine-1x12-100

Supersetted with side laterals-3x12-20

One hand Shoulder presses reverse facing 1x12 each hand-40

Super setted with leaning side laterals-20's 3x12

Rear Delt machine- 1x12-50

Supersetted with standing frt laterals with rope.

Front laterals seated-3x12-25

Light arm work-

Supersetted with tricep pushdowns-3x12-110

21's with cable curls 60lbs 3 sets supersetted with 21's trecep push downs 100lb

Overall a nice work out. Shoulders were really pumped! Arms felt good!

Rough day today. After assessing my progress my trainer has informed me that we will be competing in the mens master physique category. My legs just don't have the mass to win at that level in regular BB'ing. I am pissed. I am dissapointed. And quite frankly don't want to talk to anybody or hear anybody's bullshit at work right now. Dream officially shattered for this year!
