Im not good at this part. Can someone tell me if this is good or not. My intake for today was 206g carbs 238g protein and 81g fat for a total of 2466 calories. Im 6ft 215lbs. I work out for an hour 4 days a week. Weight room and did 10 minutes HIIT. Trying to lost fat but keep as much muscle as possible
