Nolva

Nolvadex is used to combat water retention right? Or is it gyno? Which ever one it is, how much would you take per day on a cycle of 500 mg sus / wk over 8 wks with 25 mg's dbol per day for weeks 1-4?

No,nolvadex will not combat estrogenic edema(water-retention).It is a mixed estrogenic agonist/antagonist,meaning it blocks binding of estrogen in certain tissue, and acts like an estrogen in others.Like Nimrod said, you'd be far better off getting an aromitase inhibitor such as anastrozole or liquidex.

Hey huck about the nolva thread. Can you explain to me in which tissues nolvadex acts like estrogen in the male body? This concerns me, because Nolvadex works very well for me to visibly reduce bloat and want to make sure i am not doing damage to some internal tissues which may adversley react to estrogen such as my HPTA

So it's more of a "on paper thing" then? And in practice it may be quite different?

Asking because nolva has worked really well for me. It would eliminate bloat at 20mg daily. Still wanting to try arimidex though.

Actually,it not just an on-paper datum, but an individuality thing as well. For most people, nolvadex does little to combat bloat, for some like you and bam-bam,it does seem to keep it down.Anastrozole works for EVERYONE,because it doesn't just block off certain sites and not others, but it stops estrogen's creation in the first place, which makes it much more efficient all over the ENTIRE body at suppressing estradiol.
