No carb recipes to use for gound beef?

Does anyone have any good ideas/recipes to use with low fat groud beef that doesnt involve any carbs? Just eating cooked groud beef with nothing else is nasty. I have eaten it before with some taco seasoning and salsa which isnt bad, but could get old fast.

soy sauce or teriyaki sauce (what i use)
bran for fiber
meat
1 egg
onion powder or onions
parsley

teriyaki/soy burgers.....ala my girlfriend.

you could add some breadcrumbs....but that would have carbs. the bran will add cohesiveness with minimal carbs, mostly fiber.

Thx bignate, but Im a little confused with the recipe you got going above. Could you elaborate a little more on how you prepare that? What you mix together, cooking time, etc? Im not the most gifted in the kitchen. :)

Basically add it all together in a bowl and shape into patties ....

then either grill or pan fry (without oil)

and you're good to go ...

Fresh herbs can make plain ole 'burger taste WONDERFUL.

I try and avoid the store bought sauces/salsa's( high salt content).

Check your grocery store for some herbs- Thyme, basil, . oregano, etc.

GARLIC! - Yum..I love grilled garlic burger's! Grill some garlic and throw it on/in your burger meat!

hey another goodie is to form the patties around a chunk of cheese
my fav is bleu or goat
but good old cheddar and swiss works too
with the teriyaki burgers you could whip up alittle thai peanut sauce for spice
you could stir fry the ground beef with veggies, bamboo shoots and waterchestnuts are low carb
i know .....dr atkins said so
lol

Roasted garlic is good on anything.

Cut off the top of a head of garlic, just enuf to expose the cloves. Put in a square of foil & drizzle with olive oil & bake at about 325 F for about 20-30 min or so. When done the cloves should smush out when squeezed & be spreadable. Oh yum!

this sauce may have minimal carbs in it like 3-4 grams but i feel its worth it, just go to the food store and look for Manwich Sauce, cook your beef in a pan and when its just about done dump a can in and let it simmer, i think its like 1 can per lb of beef...its good as hell and i can eat a lot more this way bc the beef isnt dried out which is always gross with the lean cuts

i know this isnt "no carb" but i like to add either pinapple chunks or pineapple juice (works EXTREAMLY well for chicken 2)
adding with teriaki sauce is great too
not no-carb, but probly could help to have maybe once a week

trying to help ya out
