No....Gained about 7 pound lean and rest fat. I had a rough holiday and went buck wild on the carb ups. The first 6 weeks, wehn I was following CKD bulk protocol, I put on 4 pounds with no fat. If you do it right and keep workouts short and intense, you can blow up. You have to love bacon and stuff like that or you will get burned out. Do this:
Synday,Monday,Tuesday- 20 body weight ckd < 20 carbs. Wednsday- only EFA. Then fast for 4 hours and eat the biggest pancake you can make with lots of syrup and 30 oz. milk with 3 scoops of whey, then do lower body 2 hours later. Thursday,Friday-25 x body weight CKD <20 carbs. Saturday eat 1000-1500 grams of low fat carbs and lift first thing Sunday morning. Do cardio after the Sunday workout, monday morning, and a long walk or jog Friday morning. I stopped the cardio for 8 weeks, that is another reason the fat started coming.
