Hey guys i am planning to change my training around and it will look something like this
Monday: Legs/Calves
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Back/Traps
Thursday: OFF
Friday: Shoulders/Arms
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: OFF
I am in Offseason Mode atm so im just changing my routine up just to see how it goes. do you guys think this is ok?
