i dont know why i have never thought of this in all the years i have been working on improving natural limitors. food coloring, what an effective tool. you can gauge how long it takes your budy to process and expell a meal by saturating it with food coloring. you can see by the color what is coming out lol.
for the past 3 days i have been eating the same exact foods at the same exact times but using a different food coloring it 1 meal from each day. with the meal that gets the food coloring i make changes each day with enzymes, sun exposure, amount of water consumed, body temp, asprin ect. and log the times. with this method i should be able to fine tune my digestive rate even more.
