New Split For Arm Strength??

tzan

New member
It seems like all my muscles are growing at the same rate except for my biceps. I've tryed doing fewer sets, more sets, super sets, drop sets, etc... to no avail. I'm going to be juicing soon enough and think I have discovered a split that will work best for arm strength.

Day1-Chest/Biceps
Day2-Legs
Day3-Off
Day4-Back/Triceps
Day5-Shoulders
Day6-Off
Day7-Repeat Day1

I've only done push muscles with pull muscles once before. I figure my arms will benefit because I'll be hitting them up once a week on their own, and another time when I'm doing back or chest exercises. I wouldn't pair these muscles together usually because of fear of overtraining them, but since I'll be on the sauce, I should be alright. What do you guys think about my splits???

switch shoulders with legs, because yopur tris and pec are use in these type of excercise and the will not be able to recover fully for the next workout. try this....

Day1-Back/Triceps
Day2-Legs
Day3-Off
Day4-Chest/Biceps
Day5-Shoulders
Day6-Off
Day7-Repeat Day1
hope this helps bro

Thanks for the reply Lord Sust. My only question is don't you think my shoulders will already be spent if I do a chest day right before my shoulder day??
