OK, by the name, it says stiff legs. My trainer at the gym says do it with stiff legs. I say that makes sense. I raed however that you should keep a slight bend.
Now here lies my prob
1) If I bend, my hams dont get blasted and I feel them half as much. Note that my bend is very slight.
2) If I dont bend, my right knee feels like its gonna pop out. Its been hurt from squats or running, one of the two.
What to do ?
