Need help with change of lifestyle

Hi, I'm a new member here. I am currently a 19 year old college student. I have basically been swimming all of my life so i would consider myself in shape and what not. I started lifting weights when I was sixteen years old. I had a nice routine going all the way throughout high school. I was ~ 6 feet tall and weighed about 175 lbs. I was never a hardcore body builder.
However, college came and I don't have time to swim anymore. (my main source of cardio) I hit the gym with my fraternity brother everyday. We devote one day to lifting and one day to cardio. We run two miles everyday and we jump rope for about twenty minutes to warm up before each day. It is working out pretty well so far. I now weigh 190 lbs. I have bulked up quite a bit and increased the weights I put up on all the exercises I do. However, i have a little bit of chub around my stomach now. I used to have as six pack but now its a four pack with a little chub. I really miss my old body. My muscles have gotten bigger but I now also have a little fat.
I used to eat five times a day. Healthy breakfast, light snack, Healthy lunch, light snack, and a healthy dinner to finish off the day. Nowadays i only eat from two to three times a day. Basically, when is the point where you should stop eating in a day? I wake up at 11 now and eat once at 12. I then get out of class at 4 and go straight to the gym. About two hours later i eat dinner and then thats about it. Sometimes when i have less class, i squeeze in a granola bar or a bowl of cereal between it.
So here is my problem. I have to either adopt to my new lifestyle or make dramatic changes to alter it. Altering it definately wont be easy because i go to sleep a lot later due to homework and what not. Like I've said, I don't weight train hardcore. I don't do the calculations and what not with the calorie intake and everything per day. I just eat until I am full and that's that. What can I do to lose the fat I have gained?

your diet sucks.
cardio dont get you ripped, its the diet mainly.
5-6 meals a day,, high protein, moderate carbs, and some EFA`s.
unless you read nutritional packaging, calculate your calories, etc your going to find it hard to get in shape.
you need to change your lifestyle, you are correct there :artist:

def a lot of threads here about diet. you should do a search on diets and read. no suprise that you put on some fat while bulking, its really hard not too. def eat more than 2 times per day. im cutting and i eat around 6-8 times depending on what day it is. one thing that helped me is finding what my bmi is and how calories a day i need to maintain my current weight, how many to lose weight, and how many to gain weight. on 7 days to a shredded me, the first reply has a bmi calculator on it. k to whoever posted that, it def helps. as far as breakdown, i do ~45-50/20-25/25-30 (protein/carbs/fat). most people tend to shy away from fat when they cut, but you need to have fat to lose fat. stay away from sats as much as possible and go for the EFA's. hope this helps.
