I want to be starting a new program but i have no clue of what i should be doing!
My goal is to lose about 35-40lbs in about 4 months
This is my current routine:
Mon: chest
Tues: shoulders
Wed: Legs
Thurs: Back
Fri: Bi's & tri's
for each muscle group i do 3 exercises at 12-10-8-6 for reps
and i do 45mins cardio 5 days/week
I am also going to be starting the metabolic diet while training too.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Peace!!!!
