i have a pretty intense workout six times a week twice a day 1 cardio session followed by small muscle groups. the large muscle groups in the second workout chest/tris/delts followed by abs i have already lost 8 % bf i was at 28% at 305 lbs and time is a bit of the essence. but im not really interested in size more into performance you see i play sport competitively and im fine with my performance but the guy who i am competing against is betting me out and then you find out hes geared up how can i compete with that if im natty i just want to level the playing field so i can do what i want to do and that is compete i mean what choices am i left with
