Wow, can you believe it's November already?
6:50 am - 8 oz water, 2 scoops of HDT Cappucino
7:30 am - Cup of coffee, 3 splenda packets, splash of whole mil
10:15am - 1/2 cup of oats, 2 splenda packets, 1 scoop of Natural Whey
12:30 pm - 4ozs of chicken, gonna eat some spinach in a lil bit.
