I tend to wear it all day long or for very extended periods. Sometimes I wear it, and forget to turn it on, like yesterday. My hrm has become a part of me. On the days I wear it all day long, if I don't reach 500 calories burned by say 5'oclock, I just usually try to get moving, even if it's just a brisk walk. No secrets to share with you, with me it's a "mind" thing, if ya know what I mean.

No gym this morning. Gonna go get some HIIT in this afternoon. Hopefully it will loosen up the muscles in my legs. Lol.

Meal 1: 7:45 am
8 oz water, 1.5 scoops of ON Rocky Road, ice

Meal 2: 9:45 am
3 egg whites
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
1/2 cup of oats

Didn't get nowhere, work slapped me in the behind. Lol.

Meal 3: 12:45 pm
4 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice

Hey I'm here, I'm in the middle of a move. I should be back steady at the gym week after next. Til I get back train hard and think of me.

Been there , done that , I feel for you. But you are getting a work out in. I remember after my last move , my legs , butt and arms were sore for days :)

Hi Everyone,

I miss you guys!!!!!!!!!!! I miss my life from before. Well although I know it will never be the same, I still want some normalcy to return. So, with that said, how on Earth do I get back in the swing of things. I haven't been to the gym in so long, I don't know where to start. Any suggestions on getting back from a layover?

Hi Necia!

Just take one day at a time! Put the effort to get back for today even if it seems difficult. At the end of the day maybe you just see only 40-50% of what you did before. But the following day strive to pass the 40-50% from the previous day!
Then at the end of the week reward yourself with a good manicure or something you like.
Sometimes getting back on track is like when we have to wake up in the morning. We may feel like staying an extra 5 - 10 minutes, which if we do not control end up into an extra 1 hour! so try putting the same energy you use to wake up when you know you'll be late into starting to get back on track.

Scale Weight: 214 lbs

Meal 1: 7:30 am
Coffee w/splash ff milk, 2t of sugar

Workout: 12:15 pm - 12:45 pm

HIIT on Treadmill
10 min warm up on incline 5 speed 3.5
30 sec run incline 7 speed 4.5 alternated w/
1 1/2 min half brisk walk incline 7 speed 3.5
For 10 cycles
3 min cool down Incline 7 speed 3.5

Distance 1.85 miles
College Track 7 1/2 laps

Meal 2: 1:20 pm
4 oz Grilled blackened chicken

It's been about a full month since I worked out and I've done absolutely nothing. I felt so weird on the treadmill. I kept wanting to stop, but I kept pushing on. Tomorrow I might try a class. In a few days or so, I'll re-incorporate weights back into the mix. Gotta get my eating back to par.
2 oz Grilled Salmon
1/2 cup of Green Beans

Meal 3: 4:45 pm
8 oz water
2 scoops Syntrax Nectar Crystal Sky

Meal 4: 7:30 pm
2 Sweet Lean Turkey Sausage
2 Hot Dog Buns
