yeah i have noticed that about guys who love tofu and sushi that sure does add to that logic soy= bad news for lifting!!
i have become very interested in raising natural testosterone do any of you suggest a book thats worth reading about it or just a book containing good info about bodybuilding diets workouts or for that matter anything body building?? i have seen many books out there but its hard seperate the ones that are facts and the ones that are garbage! i have realized in my search for the body i want that reading can help bodybuilding/ weightlfting and its just as mental as phyiscal... so if any of you guys have a suggestion on any good reads please let me know
definately stick to those 8 things i listed. especially doing deadlifts and squats.. leg days are very important.. so many guys skip it. it has helped me tremendously make gains since I upped by leg workouts even though I haven't been on cycle since June. our legs are our trunks.. the upper body will perform better with strong trunk underneath
