Today breakfast
1/2 cup of oatmeal with some Stevia
3 pc. of strawberry
5 slice of turkey breast
1 cup of coffee with 1/4-1/4 cup of 1-2% milk (not mine, I'll buy fatfree later) Just can't drink coffee black.
Today I'd like to do legs, let me know what I should do with the "red circles".
