Its also kinda tough being a student and always having whole food around. 2-3 scoops of whey and some flax oil is godsend in class.
For me, I GOT TO STOP eating veggies.......I love a good ass salad or some steamedveggies, but its killing my appetite and making me bloat up...great for dieting...not so great for MASS!
 
i think ill go with 2 chicken breasts instead of 1. and yes Jkurz i will start to eat more red meat

If its a post-workout shake, Try to avoid all fats. You need Complex Carbs

But Make sure to include EFA or Complex Carbs with the other shakes throughout the day exception for the 3 AM shake :)

im going to use muscle milk before my workout for some carbs. my other shakes dont have many carbs
 
How much carbs in your other shake? approx?
You can add carbs in, like you can grind oats with the shake in the blener or you can get J Robb's YAMMIT carb mix into your whey
 
good luck! why not look into turinabol? from what the guys say its mg for mg better than var. then again i respect your choice otherwise. im just curious as to what brand var your running this time?
 
im running Orbit. i was actually looking into turinabol. still doing some research though

Too much fat? I see almost NO fat in your diet. It's way too low imo.

You would think on a bodybuilding board that the myth of "fat makes you fat" wouldn't be hanging around. Apparently not...

Take a look at BBF's post, regarding a low-carb bulking diet. I'm by no means saying that is the way to go either, but he explains quite in-depthly the important roles fat plays in a bodybuilder's diet.
