My Upcoming Diet and Cycle

hey guys hows it going? just wanted some comments about my upcoming diet and cycle. i might need to tweak it a bit. you can help with that.



Morning

2 whole eggs 7 egg whites/with low fat cheese
1 piece of 100% whole wheat toast with ANPB

10:30
Protein Shake

12:00
2 cans of tuna/with rice. 1 Can on nonworkout days

3:00
Protein Bar
Cottage cheese

4:30
Preworkout Shake

7:00
1 chicken breast
6 prawns or lobster tail/ with spinach

9:00
Protein shake


Plan on doing 100mg/ed of Anavar for 8-10 weeks

Supps
Tyler Liver Detox
Multivitamin
Flax Oil
Glucosamine

thats just an estimated diet. sometimes for supper i will eat steak with potato or something.
 
Ok, Im very confused, with this meal plan, also can you tell us your goal, Your running anavar so I feel as if you are trying to cut, but your diet almost looks like a bulking diet. Here are concerns and recomendations.

2 whole eggs 7 egg whites/with low fat cheese
1 piece of 100% whole wheat toast with ANPB

( This meal to be on estimations alone, has around 20 grams of fat, 35 grams of protein, and 20grams of carbs, for a total of around 420 cals, give or take, Whats with all the fat, not much protein, and just a little carbs, My advice pick an energy source and stick with it here my friend. Recomendation, 1 scoop of whey, 2 peices of toast, low fat butter, 7 egg whites )

(What kind of shake, it is low carb, no carb, a mix what ?)

Height, Weight, Training schedule would help.
How many MGS of Anavar are you running?
 
* What kind rice you planing on using?
* Is the protein shake with meal 2 has any fat or carbs?

Remember, you always need to have fat with you protein or carbs with protein
NEVER have protein alone.. you need the most benfit of protein
 
i plan on using anavar while bulking. anavar has helped me keep on good weight alone.

i would use white rice. im getting my fat from the flax oil though. my shakes consist of 60grams of protein each shake. ya ill take 1 whole egg out. that is too much fat i guess.

im 6 foot 215lbs my bf is around 13%. i plan on gaining weight. i did last cycle of anavar. it was great. thanks for the info guys.

im running 100mg/ed for 8-10 weeks.

I edited it pretty quickly, you are going to waste your gear with that diet.....

Bro - you are bulking....you weigh 215.....take this diet and completely double EVERYTHING..........lose the shakes........you need whole food......add in red meat..........lose the protein bars.........cmon, not a flame, but my girl eats pretty close this diet and she's 110lbs............

I disagree with the shakes thing. I think shakes are godsend while bulking, but crap while cutting.

When you bulk, you have so much food in your stomach slowing digestion down, that really, it isn't released that fast, plus because your eating a lot of carbs, very little should be converted to glucose.

I do think while cutting all protein except a PWO shake or 3am shake should come from whole food. At that time slow release of aminnos is crucial because maintaining positive nitrogen balance while dieting is MUCH tougher than doing it while bulking.

guess we disagree then.....which is cool, my theory is that when you are bulking, you want to consume as much wholesome, calorie dense food as possible......not filling up on protein shakes UNLESS they are homemade weight gainers. Too many low cal shakes bloat the hell out of people, forcing them to be unable to eat. THis comes in handy when cutting, at least in my case. I've always done the latter and my only shake when bulking is PW. NOW, if you can eat a huge meal and THEN pound a shake....go for it. But looking at his diet, the cals arent there. Just my .02........
 
but im not looking to bulk really hard. i just want to gain a little bit of weight and keep it. the last time i did anavar i didnt have that strong of a diet and i got cut while gaining a few pounds. i loved the look i wa having on var and i kept it. but yes i will eat more red meat. thanks alot Jkurz. appreciate the advice.

Your reasoning makes sense and I guess it depends what a person wants. I actually use milk PWO while dieting to bloat me becaues I have issues with appetite control. I can EASILY eat 6000 cals a day for extended periods of time and still be hungry.

I guess the ultimate would be whole food year round, but I gotta face the reality that eating 10 chicken breasts a day is a bit more costly than I can afford.

Its also kinda tough being a student and always having whole food around. 2-3 scoops of whey and some flax oil is godsend in class.
