You don't need to pay for a trainer. You can get bigger and stronger by taking our advice. You should be going much heavier. My wife lifts heavier and she is in her mid 50's and only 5'2".

An example would be bb bent over rows. You should be able to do sets of 8-10 with your BW.
I’d love to go heavier but my injuries don't allow me. I’m focusing on controlled reps and manageable weights to keep everything in check. It’s not about pushing my limits right now just staying healthy and making steady progress.
