my training split, please critique

Training splits are always a tought desicion for me... i came up with this simple one...
if there is something wrong with it, could you please tell me?

Day one:
Quads, Hams, bum, Back

Day two:
Chest, Shoulders, Calves

Day three:
Bi's, Tri's, Forearms

Abs everyday.

Day one seems very demanding, you're doing like 70% of your body in one workout. Abs are no different than any other skeletal muscle, meaning don't work them everyday.

i do deadies on day one cause i feel they do a great job on my legs and back too, so i don't want to do another back excercise and keel it from growing...
day one would look like this

Squat - 1x20
Deadlift - 1x20
Dumbell rows 2x8

very HIT style...
