Thanks. I'm only just coping lol. It's embarrassing, my upper body pressing has suffered the most. I can do about 10 dips right now at 188-190, when bulking I could do 4 dips with a 44lb plate plus my 206lb bodyweight lol I could also do 11 bodyweight reps so I'm actually doing less reps right now at a lighter bodyweight lol.
Sucks because this fag at school must have got pissed at the reputation I had for being big and strong because now I'm on the sixth form with him he has been saying to people to ask me what my best benchpress is so he can beat it lol. He is 3 years older than me btw.
What makes it worse is someone said to me at school the other day "You don't look as broad as you used to..." I do look smaller in clothes right now especially after a few days of low carbs when I'm looking a little flat... Makes me embarrassed to even go out the house lol
