So a couple days of updates and meal prep picture.

This is a great idea. I also think you need to train your grip strength so you aren't falling behind.
 
So it’s Sunday and feeling amazing. I started at 229 pounds and 6 weeks of winstrol brought me down to 214. Not as lean as I want to be still but that’s ok. Wife makes lots of positive comments on the things she’s seeing. Need to dial in diet a bit further.

Still running the 400mg test and 400mg eq for a few more weeks(12 weeks total). Will get blood work done when I finish.

Trying to get a bit more creative with the workouts. Looking at negatives, drop sets and supersets. Need to pump up the cardio some more too. Haven’t been consistently hitting my 30 minutes daily cardio.

Life has been crazy busy. In school full time getting teaching credential and working as well. Life is good! I really want to try tren on my next cycle.

Yeah I keep reading that about tren but still my curiosity it insanely high around it.

Today was chest day. Went for a 185 pound bench press today and hit 2 sets of 3 with it! Personal record!

Barbell bench: 135x8 135x8 185x3 185x3
Hammer incline chest press: 180x12 200x8 200x6
Machine fly: 145x12 160x12 175x8 160x8
Incline dumbbell fly: 3 sets of 10 35 pounds
Tricep push down: 100x15 110x15 120x15

30 minutes of cardio. Great and fun workout! I will say the machine fly maybe irritates my shoulder a bit so I might get rid of that and roll with dumbbell fly. Potentially I could just lower the weight and do these at a much higher reps and see how that goes.

Good rule of thumb is to only do exercises that don't hurt so your thinking correctly.

Dumbbell bench(per side): 60x8 60x8
Hammer chest press: 90x12 100x12 145x10
Machine fly: 100x20 115x20 130x12 130x12
Incline fly: 25x12 30x10 30x10

Still not crazy about dumbbell bench just feels like a shoulder injury waiting to happen so will permanently give up on those. The hammer lateral chest press felt amazing on chest and no strain on shoulders. This will be a staple moving forward.

Thoughts on adding 50mg of anadrol daily for last 4 weeks of cycle? Think this would be nice for some added strength gains.

I am sure I can I just never attempt them. What do you think about 50mg of anadrol for the last 4 weeks? I don’t mind some water retention because it’s only temporary. Plus summer is coming to an end anyway.

50mgs no but 25mgs for 4 week is a boost you'll love.
4 on 4 off can do 2 cycles of anadrol easy with n2guard. @BrightFuture :) anadrol is harsh on organs liver so make sure n2guard ed with it

Good leg day this morning. Lower back felt a bit stiff because I slept crooked lol. For RDL I just stuck with 135 pounds as a result of that but it felt really really good. Next week back to heavier ones.

Shoulders feel great! Took some of your advice and cut back a little on the shoulder volume mostly by just dropping to 3 sets for the presses. Next week I plan to spend a little more time on warm up sets and really push myself hard and shoot for 200 pounds and maybe bump to 210 pounds if left shoulder feels good with it.

Alright so another @domestic-supply.com td! Got more test and eq so I can have enough to finish cycle(only had enough for 10 weeks originally). I also got anadrol which I plan to run at 25mg for 4 weeks.

Alright so another @domestic-supply.com td! Got more test and eq so I can have enough to finish cycle(only had enough for 10 weeks originally). I also got anadrol which I plan to run at 25mg for 4 weeks.
@BrightFuture thats quality gear from @domestic-supply.com , the anadrol 25mgs for 4 weeks is good and if you feel fine we can boost to 6 weeks make sure you do daily 7caps n2guard for organ liver support with this :)

Alright so had a bit of a stomach bug on Sunday so I took today off just in case. Could have just been from using regular milk for my protein shakes instead of lactose free. I won’t do that again. Plan to do Tuesday-Saturday this week. Will start the 25mg anadrol tomorrow. Good chest day planned! Plus a trip to six flags this weekend after gym on Saturday!

Today was back day. Well damn my grip strength was on point today. Day 2 of anadrol. I know anadrol works quick but surely not this quick?

This workout was incredible. The way I felt throughout was just so damn powerful. Never felt this good in the gym. Working towards 405 pounds on the rack pull which I am going to hope to hit within the next month if my grip strength keeps improving. My grip throughout this workout was never an issue. Which is a first for me. Maybe this is the anadrol already kicking in? I know it works fast but wow! Feel amazing.
