Good leg day this morning. Lower back felt a bit stiff because I slept crooked lol. For RDL I just stuck with 135 pounds as a result of that but it felt really really good. Next week back to heavier ones.

50mgs no but 25mgs for 4 week is a boost you'll love.
4 on 4 off can do 2 cycles of anadrol easy with n2guard. @BrightFuture anadrol is harsh on organs liver so make sure n2guard ed with it
Shoulders feel great! Took some of your advice and cut back a little on the shoulder volume mostly by just dropping to 3 sets for the presses. Next week I plan to spend a little more time on warm up sets and really push myself hard and shoot for 200 pounds and maybe bump to 210 pounds if left shoulder feels good with it.
Alright so great weekend and great chest day! Tried something different this morning and it felt amazing on my chest. Plate loaded lateral chest press.
Still not crazy about dumbbell bench just feels like a shoulder injury waiting to happen so will permanently give up on those. The hammer lateral chest press felt amazing on chest and no strain on shoulders. This will be a staple moving forward.
Thoughts on adding 50mg of anadrol daily for last 4 weeks of cycle? Think this would be nice for some added strength gains.
