Based on reading some old posts, this is my revised diet plan I hope to lose 10 pds with:
Breakfast: # egg whites scrambled with 1 cup diced tomato and 2 ounces shredded turkey
Lunch: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat
Dinner: What mom makes (300-400cals usually)
Snack: Half a tuna sandwich
Eight cups of water a day, no other liquids
Any suggestions in making this plan better, especially lunch. inconspicously... I have to eat it in school during class,
