My revised diet and workout plan (Good???)

Based on reading some old posts, this is my revised diet plan I hope to lose 10 pds with:

Breakfast: # egg whites scrambled with 1 cup diced tomato and 2 ounces shredded turkey

Lunch: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat

Dinner: What mom makes (300-400cals usually)

Snack: Half a tuna sandwich

Eight cups of water a day, no other liquids

Any suggestions in making this plan better, especially lunch. inconspicously... I have to eat it in school during class,
 
your lunch meal wouldn't be too bad if you could bring along a can of tuna or some way to get some extra protein in there. your average turkey sandwich doesn't contain much more than 15-20 grams of protein.
how big are you? that meal plan looks to be about 1500-1600 calories which, depending on your size, may be too low. you could start losing muscle mass if. also remember to get in some quality fats like from nuts of peanut butter. i am assuming you are probably too young and don't have the financial resources available to consistently get flax seed oil.
what does your lifting and cardio schedule look like?
