I got brave toward the end of my workout today. After having done my dips, incline bench and lat dumbbell raises, I started eyeing the dip machine again...
I decided to try a dip using half the assistance I used for my workout (12 plates.)
I stuck the pin in the 6, and PRESTO, I did it! One Dip!
I finished my last set of raises and decided that I would make another attempt... with less weight. I stuck the pin in 4, made it halfway down and back up. Success? Not really, but close.
Now, I feel like someone socked me in the chest, right between the collarbones.
A month ago, I was using 15 plates. Hoooty hooo!
