Great log so far.
Very nice job on the log
I add cinnamon to most high carb means like oatmeal.
Feeling pretty good and seeing some recomp changes. And very strong on my lifts. Have to remind myself that Rome wasn’t built in a day.
N2Guard and N2Slin are products I have personally been using for a very long time. Love both of them.

@Harp2011 thank you for sharing, I have been subbed for a while.
2tbsp of fish oil, you're drinking distilled fish oil right? please only use distilled (heavy metal issues in regular)
and n2slin x before meals is perfect, step by step it.
Btw, a few things, can you add psyllium husk to this? and some spore based probiotics?
