My Diet and work out

I have been on a cutting diet for a while and now this is what my meal intake will look like. 9oclock Whole milk with sum kind of brand cereal 2 whole eggs. 12oclock sum kind of meat fish chicken or steak in a large portion with a protein shake. 3oclock Sum type of weight gainer shake with a can of tuna. 6 oclock salad with sum kind of meat. protein shake pre workout and protein shake post work out. banana or sum type of fruit after workout. i work out at 630 mon tues thurs friday and sat. Ne suggestions would b great
 
I would suggest training in the middle of the night and on Sunday/Wednesday only. j/k

What are your goals? Get big? Lean out? What are your stats?

Preworkout you need to drink a shake w/ 50 grams of protien and post workout you need to drink another 50 grams of whey and 50 grams of dextrose. Go tot he diet forum - loads of help there.

Just research - look around on the diet and training boards if you are really serious about dialing it all in.
