My Diet and Routine

Any protein powder you can reccomend? I've heard creatine is good for protein? Yeah 80g in one meal is pretty hard to eat as i eat when im not even hungry :|

Ok so a meal every 3 hours, with a milk+protein shake 1 half way between them, that makes 4 meals and 4 drinks or 4 meals and 2 drinks.

i dont even remember what hungry feals like. big blast from proteinfactory.com is a bad ass shake. it is all i use. if you are going to go with a powder you buy at a store gey whey for day time and casein for before bed. creatine is a sup and its one of the few that are actually worth a damn. you can cycle it 1 month on 1 month off

Alright i've just picked up some whey protine for shakes, store didnt have any casein, so ill have to put that on hold till next week.
With creatine, is it ok take it with the whey shakes and meals adding up to 240g protein?

Never really bothered with supps tbh, heard good things about creatine though, just never got round to trying it.

mix it in the shakes. the first wk you need to load it. take 5g 3-4 times per day. then for the next 5 wks take 5g 1 time per day. i prefer first thing in the morning and i just swallow it off a spoon followed by some oj. creatine has no taste at all. its just gritty. after the 6 wks are up take a month off. creatine, a good multi v, and some protein powder are all the sups you need. stay away from all the other shit. at 17yo you would just be wasting your money.
