Approved Log My Cardarine + cardazol +TRT cutting cycle Log

Do I take cardazol on my off days or only the days I workout?
days off take cardazol in AM with food and lunch with food 1 cap each
 
I took 2 cardazol pills after lunch. Didn’t really feel anything.

Tomorrow is my weekly weigh in. I’ll also update my macros.

Today I did cardio and abs.

20 mins treadmill preworkout

Hanging flutter kicks 4x15
Yoga ball planks 4 sets 60 seconds
Standing cable crunches 60lbs 4x12 up in reps

Postworkout i did 7 min stairclimber 7 min incline treadmill and 7 min bicycle

I’ll take a progress pic Monday or next week to give the stack a chance.

You can update the intake, get 3-4 caps, we always go slow lets try tomorrow to up the cardazol to 3-4 caps pre training bro

So i gained 1 lb this week. My excel spreadsheet that I use to calculate my macros had an error in it. I had 1 calorie inputted instead of 140 calories for my protein powder during lunch.

My updated macros are: 2126 calories 191g of protein 40g of fat 314g of carbs

Carbs is the real issue in weight gain bro
if you want to cut down, we need to get your carbs down
the macros should be like this to cut

200 grams protein
60 grams fat
100 grams carbs
thats a cutter right there

Most of carbs are coming from fiber though. The only places left I can cut carbs are the 2 servings of fruit I eat, 2 servings of beans I eat, and the 1 serving of veggies I eat. Should I cut those?

I’m going grocery shopping next Sunday and was planning on picking up beef jerky and Quest protein chips (which are only 4g of carbs a bag).
