Which days would you recommend I do cardio on?
I’ve been doing chest 2x a week thus far and no problems on progressive overload. But I can cut chest down to once a week.
I just ordered from Domestic Supply again. My gear came in overnight from domestic supply. I needed more test and primo for the cycle. So I just ordered through domestic so I can get my stuff quicker. I saved a little money ordering through Napsgear but meh.
Depending on if I can get my primo by Saturday I’ll probably start my cycle Sunday
So just to recap I’m running:
500mg of test e/week
200mg of primo/week
5mgs of aromasin every other day? (Also the aromasin i ordered only came in 25mg tablets so hopefully i can break them apart with a pill cutter)
n2guard every day
10mgs of stenabolic 30 mins before training. (Do I take this on my off days too or no?)
