- Dumbbell deadlifts 55lbs up 5lbs 5x8
- Incline calve presses 220lbs up 10lbs 4x12
- Bulgarian split squats hack squat machine 3x8
- Seated isolation leg extensions 40lbs up 5lbs 3x10
- Laying hamstring curls 75lbs up 5lbs 3x12 drop set 35lbs 1x20
- Smith machine calve raises 110lbs up 10lbs 4x12
- Cable pull throughs 60lbs 3x12 drop set 30lbs 1x20
