 - Kitana tricep extensions (lateral head) 17lbs 4x12 up in reps
 - Seated incline press 190lbs up 10lbs 4x8
 - Cable straight bar tricep push down 100lbs up 10lbs 4x12
 - Decline iso press 190lbs 4x15 up in reps
 - Overhead behind the back vbar tricep extension 60lbs 4x15 up in reps
 
I’ll start recomp once I get my gear. Should I calculate bulking or maintenance macros? How much caloric surplus if any?
