my bench competition

The mann and powerlifterjay, just wanted to tell you guys how i did in my bench comp. today...i got 330...went for 350 had about 2 inchs left but couldnt lock it out damnit!!...but anyways the funny thing is i won my weight class and actually beat the WABDL arkansas state record in my weight class!!....LOL...thought that was kinda funny...anyways i was pretty happy since it was my first bench competition...and i had a real fun time....just wanted to tell you guys thanks for all the help!!!...later

hell yeah i was nervous!!...the bad thing was it was in the middle of the mall and a ton of people where standing around..the thing i was most nervous about though was the bench on the platform was adjustable and i didnt know what height to set it at and it was nothing like the bench in the warmup area....they had the bench set way to high for me and my first lift the spotter had to pull it out of my hands to rack it...but i am definetly hooked..already planning on doing a NASA meet next month..i just need to hit some board presses hard because the only problem i had was locking it out about the last 4 inchs..anyone got any ideas on how to make the board for that???
