Hey MrX,
This how I am planing this last week with the information you have given me. What do you think and does anything need to be changed?
EXAMPLE: the show is on saturday
On Sunday:
No carbohydrates
drink 2 gallons of water
Flaxs Oil 3x a day 1 tablespoon
On Monday:
Start taking in 5000g VIT C
add 2 tbsp. glycerol in AM and PM
drink 3 gallons of water
No carbohydrates
Flaxs Oil 3x a day 1 tablespoon
On Tuesday
5000g VIT C
add 2 tbsp. glycerol in AM and PM
drink 3 gallons of water
No carbohydrates
Flaxs Oil 3x a day 1 tablespoon
On Wednesday (start the carbohydrate load up)
6x30gms of: yams/sweet potatoes (probably the best IMO) some brown rice is good
Glycerol 3 times a day 1tablespoon
1000mg potassium
10,000g VIT C
3-4 gallons of water
2000mg dandelion root
On Thursday:
6x30gms of: yams/sweet potatoes (probably the best IMO) some brown rice is good
Glycerol 3 times a day 1tablespoon
10,000g VIT C
1000mg potassium
1 gallon of water
2000mg dandelion root
On Friday:
6x50gms of: yams/sweet potatoes (probably the best IMO) some brown rice is good
20,000g VIT C
1000mg potassium
3tbsp. glycerol
just sip water if need be
2000mg dandelion root
On Saturday (day of show):
No water
just some lemon
and start the show baby
on sat morning eat some high-hi carb like bannana w/ some pancakes
Add lemon to your water, COFFEE sat morning...BLACK
