I’m at the end of my cycle, with 40 around the corner and most likely no other children on the horizon I am planning to run test cyp at 150-200 bi weekly(open for discussion) to keep my test levels at those of a young man’s. My goal is I want to continue to recover, have strength, stamina, focus, mental clarity and confidence that comes with a 20 year olds test levels.

I will be continuing on my same workouts and life style, should I begin a new log or just continue on with this one?

100mgs monday 100mgs thursday pins add n2guard and light tamox or aromasin if E2 high

Do you have a partner and do they know about your plan?

Yes they know my plans and I said bi weekly, I meant or thought that meant every second week lol
 
If you are going to self-TRT, I would start at 75mg per week and see where that gets you. The goal is to be at the upper end of normal test where your estrogen is still in the normal range. If estrogen is too high, lower the test dose.
 
Sorry for no update yesterday. Did yoga yesterday and another session this morning. I have to go lift some furniture for a buddy who is moving and then doing 18 holes of golf

To be honest when I came here and was asked to start a log I wasn’t sure I would keep up with it, but the motivation I received made it addicting and was one more thing to keep me accountable and focused, so once again I am very appreciative.

I am done with this log, I think it’s ran its course and my supplies have come to an end. I will be starting another log within the next few days and will post the link to it here.
