My work schedule was 10am to 7:00pm, so I would do cardio first thing in the morning, then go to work, and weight train at 8pm. I dont have that work schedule anymore, but Im currently on a 4 day work week, so I do cardio on the 3 days Im off work. In another 3 weeks I will add 30mins of light cardio after weight training.
