Another question: In one of my meal u told me to add UDO's but in this same meal Im eating a complex carb...I thought it is not a good idea to mic fats and carbs... true?

It's true and not true...let's look at 2 scenarios:

1) meal contains: 3 tbsp. of sugar and 3tbsp. of animal fat (saturated)
2) meal contains: 1 tbsp. UDOs and 1/2 cup natural oatmeal

Although meal 1 is an exreme example, you can clearly see that the TYPE of food you combine can mean a world of difference in your meals. Yes, you CAN combine fats and carbs - so long that the fats are EFAs and carbs are low-gi w/ FIBER. This is of course within reason, 10tbsp of EFAs w/ 10 cups of oatmeal wont fly.

Mr.X thanks for all the replies!
another question: On the day I dont workout what I should eat on meal 5 and 6?

I would put in a lean 6oz. flank steak w/ a large salad w/ olive oil on top - for meal 5 and a protein shake w/ UDOs choice for meal 6.

Once agai thanks for the reply Mr.X
How many liters of water should I drink daily and should I reduce the water intake as the date of the show get closer?
Are you a true believer of the morning cardio on an empty stomach? Im but Im just asking u to know your opnion.
I~´ve been adding a little bit of salt to my meals. How many weeks before the show I stop the salt intake?
Have u ever heard of people that did a cutting cycle using insulin only post workout?

Mr. X, I used a diet similar to the one you just fixed up for Shinobi last year and had good results. I was doing around 30-40 mins cardio 5 days per week also. This year, about 8 weeks ago, I started working with a well respected trainer in my area and he had me drop most of the fats, the only fats I am getting in are my 1 meal later in the day from 94% ground beef and a little with a protein shake before bed. The carbs I am getting in are from 1C brown rice with my chicken and 3/4C oatmeal first thing in the morning. I feel that my progress is much better with less fat. What are your thoughts? Im just curious.

In my experience, the problem isn't eating too much fat, its eating fat with carbs in the same meal.

Now I only eat carbs + pro, or carbs + fat.

Works quite well for me.

The only fat Im thinking of adding is maybe 2 tbsp of Natty PB with protein before bed. I used to use the natty PB alot last year and really would like to add it in, but my trainer doesnt like it.
