Im 200lbs. 8 weeks out from the show 10% BF
I've been eating:
Meal 1: 8oz turkey/chciken/lean meat/eggs whites + 1 cup of brown rice
Meal 2: 8oz turkey/chciken/lean meat + 1 cup of brown rice
Meal 3: 8oz turkey/chciken/lean meat + 1 cup of brown rice
Meal 4: 8oz turkey/chciken/lean meat + 1 cup of brown rice
Meal 5: 1 rounded scoop of whey + 1 cup of oatmeal
Workout 100gr of carbs from Carbo Power from Natures Best + 25gr of protein from whey
Meal 6: 1 rounded scoop of whey + 1 cup of oatmeal
Meal 7: 2 scoops of casein protein with a tbls of peannut butter
Its ok to switch sometimes the oatmeal for an apple?

I've been doing cardio 3x a day on an empty stomach, 45 minutes on 140mph.
 
this close to the show, you're eating too many carbs IMO

changes in BOLD

change 1c brown rice to 1 cup oatmeal, add 1 tbsp. UDOs choice

Meal 2: 8oz turkey/chciken/lean meat + 1 cup of brown rice
drop the brown rice, add 1 large salad w/ 1tbsp. olive oil

Meal 3: 8oz turkey/chciken/lean meat + 1 cup of brown rice
change the brown rice to a 1cup yam and add 5g psyllium husk fiber

Meal 4: 8oz turkey/chciken/lean meat + 1 cup of brown rice
same as meal 2

Meal 5: 1 rounded scoop of whey + 1 cup of oatmealmake that 1/2 cup oatmeal
Workout 100gr of carbs from Carbo Power from Natures Best + 25gr of protein from whey
Meal 6: 1 rounded scoop of whey + 1 cup of oatmeal
replace oatmeal w/ 30g dextrose

Meal 7: 2 scoops of casein protein with a tbls of peannut butter
make sure it's all natural peanut butter
Its ok to switch sometimes the oatmeal for an apple?
leave fructose out of your diet

before bed have 15g psyllium husk fiber

with meals that have carbs in them I would suggest you add some Glucorell-R about 100mg to start off

The rate at which you will be full and the fiber count. Also, brown rice has been known to be malmanufactured where the shell is broken or damaged; i.e. making it higher-GI then shown.

Mr.X next week Im going to add insulin 4iu ultra-rapid for 3 weeks. My trainer want me to do that. What u think? Im going to stop insulin 6 weeks out of the show. I still dont know if insulin would be a good idea but my trainer has done that before with other clients so thats why Im planning to follow his advice but I would like to hear yours. THANKS!!!

are you using Humilin-R?

even so, why would you use slin when you're 10% only 8 weeks out and, add to that, use it for 3 weeks. I don't see a point in that, besides getting fat.

I would say no, but, again, I'm not your trainer.

Mr.X after your logical and obvious advice Im not going to use insulin. My trainer want me to use it but that doesnt mean Im going to use it. I told him exactly what u wrote even before reading your reply but he insisted...anyway: Im not using it. period.
Another question: In one of my meal u told me to add UDO's but in this same meal Im eating a complex carb...I thought it is not a good idea to mic fats and carbs... true?
