Squats 3 sets of 25 (95lbs)
Seated leg press 3 sets of 25 (200lbs)
Leg extensions 3 sets of 30 (40lbs)
Leg curls 3 sets of 30 (40lbs)

Leg raises 4 sets of 25
Oblique crunches on ball with 10lb plate 3 sets of 30
Scissors 3 sets of 30 secs.

Right now, my upper body needs more muscle, and well you've seen the pics of my legs, I got to even out my body.

I'm squatting 95lbs for 25 slow tempo reps, ass to the ground also, imagine the weight I'd be doing if it was 10 reps, my legs would blow up....I need my damn upper body to blow up already.......
