Court, actually yes, I've mentioned it before, I'm going to be competing in the middle of May, and in June.
And I just want to clarify something, ladies please do not look at my legs, and decide to do my leg routine.
If you are trying to put on muscle on your legs, my routine will not be good for you.
I'm not saying this because I think anyone is going to do what I do, I just wanted to make it clear, that this is what is working for "me" and my goals at the moment. And I don't need anymore size on my legs, that's why I train them with light weight, and high reps.
