Baseball's starting pretty seen (April) and we're currently practicing twice a week indoors. Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Once the season actually starts we typically have two games a week. Monday, Tuesday, Thrusday and Friday are possible game days. Monday/Thrusday and Tuesday/Friday is the typical game split for a week.
Now obviously I still want to lift, but I'm not sure how to split things up.
Here's what I'm thinking right now for training. Do AT LEAST one full body workout per week. Furthermore if I can, I'll train after game day IF it allows at least a day of rest before the next game.
I was thinking that 3x8 for everything would be best for maintaining strength and size. Two exercises per body part.
