Monday 12 December

Needed to help P this morning so will go to the gym tonight.

6.30am
1 cup bran cereal
1/2 cup FF milk
1 cup whites, 1 whole egg scrambled

1 large cup coffee, splash milk

Still not hungry but forcing it down:

10.30am
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp almond butter
500ml water
 
Sorry you had such an awful weekend mermaid. I hope P is starting to feel better!!

I can't stand drunk a**holes, especially young ones with attitudes. Feel better hun... :bigkiss:
 
Mermaid, your story about P just makes me sick...and angry. I'm REALLY sorry this happened and want to encourage you to keep your head up. You've had a lot of stuff going on, so it's even more important now to stay positive and continue to focus on your goals, time with P, and the truly important things in life. Life throws obstacles in our way, sometimes, and it is those that come out stronger and wiser that continue to be happy and succeed. You and your journal have a greater effect on people's lives than you realize, so strive forward with hope and confidence...things WILL get better.

Gosh, that sounded cheesy, but it is sincere and from the heart. :heart: to you and P.
 
I am SOOO sorry to hear about your weekend...that is horrible and it makes me so mad. I know it is hard but try and keep your head up, take care of your husband and stay focus on your goals and values.

Good job on making yourself eat, even though I know how hard that can be sometimes. I hope you were able to make it to the gym tonight and were able to get out some aggression there. I have found the gym to be one of my favorite places when I am mad, angry, upset, mad, etc. It helps me clear my mind and get refocused again! :qt:

1 individual cherry pie - a colleague bought it for me for afternoon tea to cheer me up - I felt too bad to say no.
1 large green tea

6.00pm Gym
DB incline chest press
Machine chest press
DB Pullovers
Lat pulldown

1 liter water
multi, flax, zinc, 2 sesamax

Must remember supps tomorrow

Then it all went pear shaped. On leaving the casino and minding our own business I hasten to add, a group of young drunk guys were hounding us, calling me names, obviously out for trouble. They threw the first punch and P ended up quite badly beaten but then that's easy when there's 3 of them and only 1 of him. I tried to break it up but didn't help much.

OH MY GOD, MERMAID!!!!!! I'm SO SORRY! :BIG HUGS: I wish I could comfort you more! Please let P know I'm thinking of him and I hope he feels better fast!

You know......I just don't understand why people have to be so insecure and ignorant.

1 medium WW tortilla
1/2 cup chicken
1 cup ratatouille
1 slice cheddar
500ml water

1 liter water

Missed meal :worried:

6.30pm
4oz roast chicken
1 tbsp cranberry sauce
1 1/2 slices Performax bread
1 tbsp almond butter
500ml water
multi, flax, zinc, sesamax, levorex

Hell, missed supps, missed meal, too many carbs in evening.

Your doing good Mermaid...just keep plugging away and don't beat yourself up so much if you make a mistake! Just get back on the wagon and start again the next day ;) :qt:
 
You've just lost your balance a bit due to a situation beyond your control. It'll be ok, looks like your jumping right back on. I'm glad P is feeling better.

5.30am Gym :verygood:
I tried to do a leg workout. Realise that I can not lift a stick without eating first. Mmmm. Will have to keep weights to the evening. That will be hard in the next few days as I have a couple of evening business meetings to attend so I'll be in cardio overload until the weekend.

25 mins steady state - treadmill - 15% @ 2.8mph - squeeze those glutes!

1 Protein shake
