My goal was to hit 149 by today. I weighed myself - I'm still 152. Seeing that I've only just got motivated again, I'm hardly surprised. So, I'll try again.
P's alarm went off at 5am and he dragged me to the gym. I know that early AM cardio works but bugger me, I hate mornings.
*note to self - re read sig on change - often, until it's imprinted in brain*
5.30am Gym
20 mins HIIT on bike - 2 min intervals, 1 min sprint
Stretching
It was hard - I hurt.
600ml water

Very excited as found a store that sells packaged natural egg whites - no more egg cracking for me!
1 cup bran cereal
1/2 cup FF milk
1 cup whites, 1 whole egg
1 large coffee, splash milk. I need it today.
500ml water
2 levorex, 1 sesamax
