1 cup fresh strawberries
1 tbsp almond butter

3oz sardines w/ tomato
2 slices Performax bread
2 Levorex, 1 Sesapure

4.30pm
1 Lo carb protein shake

7.30pm
1 cup whites, 1 whole egg omelette w/
2 tbsp grated parmesan
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 Levorex, 1 Sesapure

3 liters water
2 large coffee, splash milk

Missed meal due to overextended meeting

Was offered a cookie, put it in my mouth, thought about it for a second and spit it out.
I am a sad person. Why can't I think about it BEFORE raising hand to mouth?

3/4 cup organic oat muesli w/ dates and almonds (yuck - and waaay too high in carbs; not doing that again)

Ran around after work - Christmas errands and such

Woo-hoo Girl!! I think you're reaching that turning point now! Keep it up. Next time you probably won't even put it in your mouth.

Just remember, small steps are the only way you're going to get there. The fact that you spit it out is actually a big step. Most people wouldn't do that. You're kickin' butt!! :garza:

About the cookie, awesome job!! I was at Barnes and Noble today and went to look at those little cookie things in the jars they have on the counter and the second i saw 150 cals for that little thing, i dropped it back into the jar as if it was a bug in my hand or something. HAHA!! it was funny!! ! i wonder what the people thought that witnessed it!! then i get asked to lunch tomorrow and i resisted b/c i count my food precisely LOL!

This is a very busy week w/ work BUT I have 10 days off from 12/23. WOO HOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Have to go to the Outback (and no, not the restaurant because that would be pleasant - no the REAL Outback, cattle, flies, horses and sh!t) w/ the outlaws for Christmas Day but then....sort my frickin' life out.
