Thanks. Yeah...watched the mpegs a few times and could tell a few things that I did incorrectly.
1) Untucked my shoulder blades on the 2nd rep
2) Didn't hold my breath on the 2nd rep
3) Elbows flared out when I got stuck
I am thinking about video taping my workouts, events included, and watching them for form errors. Form, technique, and timing are so key guys...they really are.
