Thought I'd give going heavy a whirl this week on the flat bench...boy could I tell that I haven't been doing a lot of flat work. It's ok though..my log press has gotten a lot stronger from it

405 x 1-1 (missed the 2nd one)
3 Board Press (close grip)
315 x 3

Incline Bench
315 x 2 (paused at bottom position on racks...totally relaxed)
225 x 5 (close grip and full pause and relax at bottom)
Dbell Rows (2" thick dbell)
80's x 12 x 2 sets
Plate Raises
35's x 12 x 2 sets
St Dbell Curls
55's x 10
That was it for today. Running late for work. I am gonna try to attach a link to a coupld of mpegs of me doing 365 and 405 on the flat bench. Hope they work.
