Yup here we go:

Morning: Orange juice, Multi-Viatmin, 5 g creatine, 1 tuna can, some bread...

2 hours later: 1 shake

2 hours later: a good meal (yup I mean chicken, steak tasty at least more than those fukin shakes and tuna cans)

again 2-3 hours later: another shake and sometimes with a tuna can.......

at 4-5 PM: some junk (slice of pizza usually), but it doesnt matter since my metabolism eliminates fat easily....

dinner 6 PM: once again a good meal (lets say fish salmon, red snapper, lobster when I can afford), plus another 5 g creatine.

at 7 PM: workout

9 PM: shake ....then....well sleep I guess lol

and ye by the way I also take 30 mg of anavar along with half tab of super clen.......

if you ever wake up in the night I would suggest a mixed blend of proteins in a drink to help leave you in an anabolic state at night, this is a small trick that works wonders.

your body cannot store protein so if you consume too much you are putting too much stress on your body as well as wasting hard earned $'s & if you consume to little you are robbing yourself of the hard work and effort.

A personal usually sleeps for 8 hours, from your diet you have realised that protein every 2-3 hours is a good gauge, now you for these 8 hrs are preventing muscle from growing or recovering

its best to mix the shake in water and find something thats very high in protein and very low in carbs (very low)

Just my 0.2

Peace

Thanks dude :) Well I'm gonna keep my Protein box next to my bed with a big glass of water just in case I wake up.... and since I usually wake up once or twice I'm sure your trick will work :)

No problem mate, another thing I just noticed. First meal in the morning as well as post workout meal are the 2 most important meals of the day. What maybe considered as windows of opportunity. They are the times to pack in most calories and the time simple carbs will be very beneficial. Apple juice or grape juice may be a better option than orange juice with that creatine.

I also strongly suggest against working out, drinking one protein shake and then going to bed.

This is the time when you will be suprised at how many calories your body can consume without adding fat, the perfect time to replenish gycogen stores and feed amino acids to repair muscle damage. You should consume a drink directly after working out but this should be followed by a healthy high protein meal 45mins later.

Peace

If you don't want to wake up in the middle of the night eat some cottage cheese (half a container= 30g) right before bed. This is the best protein to keep you in an anabolic state. But be warned if you sleep with someone, it produces some of the nastiest gas...:D

The Iron Games: thanks for your advices bro, I modified my diet.

Big Andy69: I'll try cottage cheese. Haven't eat that for a long time, but don't worry I'm sleeping alone so it isnt a problem. In fact I already that problem with Whey protein.....

Just to tell you people that I've increased my anavar to 50 mg and God I'm getting some good results. Already took 4 lbs (in about 3 weeks)... This shit rules !
